How does kosher verification work?
Hosts declare kosher-specific amenities on each listing (separate sinks, Shabbat lamps, proximity to synagogues, etc.). Guests can filter and see these on every property page.
What happens on Shabbat and Yom Tov?
Hosts can automatically block check-ins and check-outs on Shabbat and Jewish holidays. Bookings that would cross those days are prevented at checkout.
How are payments handled?
Guests are charged at booking. Host payouts are released after check-in, minus the platform service fee. Security deposits are authorized separately when applicable.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each listing displays the host's cancellation policy on the booking page. Refunds are issued automatically according to that policy.
How do I contact a host or guest?
Once a booking is requested you can message the other party from the Messages tab in your account.
